PhD in Human Resource Development and Master of Psychology
For more than two decades, Dr Jelena Đorđević has been connecting psychology, emotional intelligence, the systemic approach and conscious presence in her work with people. The author of 15 books and of the Systemic Affirmations™ method, she developed her approach through years of training, facilitating systemic constellations and experiential work. Constellario Academy arose as a natural continuation of that path.
There are questions that science answers. And there are questions that only life answers, if we are ready to listen.

Academic path
Four foundationsUnderstanding structure and relationships
Law graduate
Law gave her a framework for understanding order, boundaries, responsibility and relationships within a system.
Understanding systems and flows
Master of Economics
Economics broadened that framework with an understanding of organisations, flows, decision-making and the way systems function.
Understanding a person's inner world
Master of Psychology
Her academic education in psychology included the undergraduate courses required to continue her studies, after which she completed a master's degree in psychology.
Psychology deepened her understanding of emotions, personality, relationships and inner patterns.
Understanding the person within the system
PhD in Human Resource Development
Her doctoral work in the field of applied emotional intelligence connected the understanding of people, relationships, leadership and the development of human potential.

BooksDr Jelena's books follow the same path as her work with people: from understanding the system to meeting oneself.
The first five, the series The Path of Systemic Development, are textbooks in the field of systemic constellations. Journey Through Truth is a spiritual memoir in seven books, and Poetry of the Soul is three collections of poems.
She has been a member of the Association of Writers of Serbia since 2015.

She founded the National Association for Systemic Constellations of Serbia
Goal: advancing standards, training and practice in this field.

A learning platform through which knowledge turns into experience, and experience into wisdom.
Mother
She is the mother of Mihailo, a student at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, and eight-year-old Maksim, a violinist. She is the wife of Dragan Đorđević, a cellist, professor at the Faculty of Music in Belgrade and artistic director of the Ravanelius festival.
