Program
12 modules
Each module has three lessons. The program is entirely online, you follow the lectures at your own pace, with regular live meetings, and access to the materials lasts 12 months from the date of purchase.

Payment is made monthly, according to the modules the participant attends that month: 150 € for two modules, 900 € in total for the whole program.
The Constellario Academy certificate is obtained after completing the entire training. The certificate is confirmation of a completed Constellario Academy training and is not a state licence. The digital certificate is included in the price, while a printed certificate is available on request for an additional fee.

Is this an MBA or a classic leadership course?
No. The School of Conscious Leadership is not a classic management or MBA program, but a psychoeducational program that brings together the psychology of leadership, emotional intelligence and a systemic approach to organisations.
How is the teaching organised?
The program is fully online, and the lectures are available in audio and video format. Access to all materials lasts 12 months from the day you purchase the program, so you follow the program at your own pace.
How is the program paid for?
Payment is made monthly, 150 € for the two modules attended that month, 900 € in total for the whole program.
What is the Dr Jelena LIVE program and how do I get it?
During each month in which tuition has been paid in full, participants have free access to the Dr Jelena LIVE program, including the monthly LIVE meeting and the complete content library of that program.
Is the program intended only for directors and business owners?
No. The program is intended for everyone who leads people, teams or projects, regardless of their formal position, as well as for everyone preparing for a leadership role.
The School of Conscious Leadership is not an MBA program, business consulting or a psychotherapeutic training, and it does not grant a formal business, management or therapeutic licence. The certificate is confirmation of a completed program of non-formal adult education, not a state licence.
