1. General provisions

These are the Terms of Use of the Constellario website. By using the website you confirm that you are familiar with these terms and accept them.

These terms apply to all users of the website, including visitors, customers and participants in trainings and programs.

2. Description of services

Constellario is a platform for education, personal development and work through systemic constellations, affirmations, digital products, workshops and other content.

All content is informative and educational in nature and does not constitute medical, psychological or legal advice.

3. Acceptance of responsibility

By using the website and taking part in programs you confirm that:

• you take part voluntarily and at your own responsibility
• you understand the nature of educational and personal development programs
• you assume responsibility for all decisions you make on the basis of content from the website

4. Purchase and payment

By purchasing products or services on the website:

• you undertake to enter accurate information
• you accept the price displayed at the time of purchase
• you accept all related policies (cancellation, refunds, digital products)

All products and services may be available in digital or physical form.

5. Digital products

Digital content (books for reading online, Systemic Affirmations™ audio programs and online trainings) is unlocked in the customer's account immediately upon confirmation of payment.

Before payment, the customer confirms that they consent to the digital content being unlocked immediately upon payment and that they know they thereby lose the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days. Without this consent, the purchase of digital content is not possible.

The following conditions also apply to digital products:

• after purchase, access to the content is considered a service rendered
• refunds for digital products are not possible, unless stated otherwise

6. Monthly payments and membership

For certain trainings and for membership, payment in monthly instalments via PayPal is possible.

• The first monthly payment is made at the time of purchase, and the customer pays each subsequent one themselves, in their account on the website, by payment card or PayPal, when it falls due. There is no automatic charging. When a payment falls due, the customer receives a reminder in their account. The number of payments and the amount are stated before payment. PayPal sends the customer a confirmation of each payment by e-mail.
• Training in monthly payments: each payment unlocks the next modules, as stated with the training. After the last payment, charging stops on its own.
• Membership lasts one year and is paid as a one-time payment or in 12 monthly payments. The total of the monthly payments equals the annual price of the plan.
• The customer may stop the monthly payments at any time, by not making the next payment or by stopping them in their account (My Constellario, section My purchases or My membership). Payments already made are not refunded. Training modules already unlocked remain available, and membership benefits remain valid until the end of the paid month.
• Until the next monthly payment is made, new training modules are not unlocked, and membership benefits remain valid until the end of the last paid month.
• Membership benefits (workshops, meetings, consultations, questions and other) are valid within the membership year, which begins on the day of joining. Unused benefits are not carried over to the following year and are not exchanged for money.
• Prices of monthly payments may change for new customers. For monthly payments already started, the price at which they were started applies.

7. Cancellation and refunds

For trainings and events:

• the user may cancel participation in accordance with clearly defined rules, stated with each form of work on the Work with Dr Jelena page
• refund conditions depend on the type of program and the time of cancellation

8. Intellectual property

All content on the website (texts, video materials, programs, design, brand) is the property of the Constellario platform.

The following is prohibited:

• copying
• distribution
• commercial use without permission

9. Privacy and data

By using the website you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy policy.

10. Limitation of liability

Constellario bears no responsibility for:

• users' individual results
• decisions made on the basis of the content
• any technical problems or interruptions in the website's operation

11. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time.

Users are obliged to check for changes periodically.
