Silence is not emptiness. It is presence.
When thoughts fall silent, awareness remains. It was there before them too.

Awareness · presence · "I Am" I am · presenceA meditative practice directed towards the maturing of consciousness, the deepening of presence and the direct recognition of "I Am". Thoughts, feelings and bodily experiences remain part of experience, but they are no longer the only place from which we know ourselves.

Individual sessions, workshops, live meetings and schools are held in Serbian.
The practice of conscious presence turns attention from what we think, feel and experience towards awareness itself, in which all of this appears.
Nothing is suppressed or fixed. We learn to recognise the difference between what changes and the presence that witnesses it.
At the heart of the practice is the direct experience of "I Am".
That which quietly knows that you exist, before every thought and role, was never lost. You only need to free yourself from everything you are not, so that what you are remains.
When thoughts fall silent, awareness remains. It was there before them too.
I am. In silence.Bodily experiences come and go. That which perceives them remains present.
I am. Even before feeling. When attention turns towards that which perceives, a thought is seen as what it is: an appearance in awareness.
I am. Even before thought.Conscious presence is not a momentary state to be achieved. It matures through practice and an ever clearer recognition of what is present before thoughts, roles and personal story.
The practice is not separate from everyday life. It deepens precisely in relationships, work, movement, silence and in meeting whatever life brings.
Presence gradually becomes the place from which you live, and not something you remember only during meditation.
Conscious presence cannot be understood through concepts alone. It can be explored, but its essence becomes clear through direct experience.
That is why practice is more important than theory: not to produce a new belief, but to allow a clearer seeing of what already is.

When you recognise that you are not only what you think, the experience stays the same, but the place from which you live it changes.
